I called to ask if they had any free slots urgently, luckily enough they did 3 days later. As this was an urgent move I asked if they could do it any sooner, Karen advised she would see if she could juggle things around, which she did, the next day, fantastic????????. On top of that the guys that came were absolutely lovely and understood the emergency. Thank you all for your help very much appreciated ????. Excellent service. Our carpets were covered in blue mats and our 2 sofas were wrapped in blue padded bags. The 2 guys were very polite and accommodating and even replaced the feet on the sofas when they delivered them (we hadn't asked for this so were quite delighted that they took the time to do so) All in all an excellent service and would use again no question. Having had to adjust my move date 4 times and face a final stressful day where completion didn’t take place until after 5pm, the team loaded up in the morning before midday and returned in the evening well beyond end of usual business day. Fantastic service. The guys went over and above what was expected of them and I would definitely recommend. They had so many difficulties to contend with (furniture that wouldn’t go down the stairs at the old property and a lift that was out of order at the new property).
