Due to our premises closing down, I have used their services 25 - 30 times over the last 6 months. Gents are always on time, polite and courteious. Would recommend these guys every time.

A smooth and efficient move. Mr Shifter did a full pack, taking the contents of a large, four bed detached house and delivering it into a two bed bungalow. This involved Mr Shifter separating and removing a significant quantity of redundant furniture with no charge or fuss and packing our large collection of treasured books and ornaments into well over 100 boxes. A good company, who fulfilled their contract. The items that needed care were put inside quilted covers/packing, i.e. TV/Mirrors/Pictures etc, & we didn't need to empty our wardrobes of the clothing, as they removed them for us, & put them in hanging boxes that hold your clothes like a wardrobes etc. The lads were pleasant, helpful, & careful with our goods, & did everything that was said would be done. Absolutely cannot recommend this company enough, amazing service. We have been in contact with them for several months now due to problems with our moving dates and they have been nothing but kind, patient and helpful. When we did eventually move out, the crew that packed and carried out the removal were very friendly and professional - we couldn't have wished for better service.

Really great service. Arrived nice and early, quickly and carefully covered carpets & floors before moving home contents into the lorries/vans. There was a great customer rapport from the guys. They worked tremendously hard to move heavy items up narrow staircases into specific rooms. Honest company. Would recommend.

Very helpful and took the stress out of the move

Great team from Mr Shifter assisted our move on 30th November. All arrived on time and worked very hard from loading to unloading at final destination.Everything was carefully packed away with protection and really like the personal touches of protecting both properties from flooring to doorways and staircases. This is the second time i have used MR shifter alocal firm for my first downsizing and this time to even smaller premises. The team arrived on time, were very helpful and worked really hard by clearing our house within 3 hours. All the lads were unfailingly polite even when there was a hold up at the other end. Very professional helpful staff.

This is the first time we have used a removals company and we weren't sure what to expect or if it would be value for money. The guys were all friendly, polite and efficient. They had to use 3 vans to load everything because there was so much of our stuff. 7 hours later they had left with us safely in, electric sofas ready to use, our large Spanish king-size bed reconstructed and with the kettle on for a cup of tea. Bliss, why didn't we do this before!!! Mr Shifters boys are wonderful!!!! Tha

They did a great job of moving all my boxes and furniture. Even solving an issue with the sofas and taking off the side gate door and replacing it quickly to enable them to get these in their van. Professional, and everything was protected so as to avoid scratches. Real care and consideration was given to everything being loaded onto their van and they were even prepared to lift a really heavy plant onto their van! Totally brilliant. Helpful, hard working, efficient - could not fault their work. I used them before locally in Norfolk, but this time, I needed to move from Kent to West London but chose to use Mr Shifter again - everything went smoothly and exactly as I had hoped. It was a move to three different locations over two days and it worked perfectly. They had proper protective covers for TV's and sofa's - everything was relocated in perfect condition. So glad I chose to use them again.
