The actual people who came to move our furniture were top tier and were very good at what they do. The company however, I cannot say the same for. They made us wait 3 and a half hours past our scheduled time due to a 'system fault' which meant that they thought we had changed the date, despite us having not made contact with them since the day we booked. They promised that someone would be with us before 12. This did not happen. They said they would enquire about compensation for our wasted time

Very poor service. Do not use. They left a Vax, Microwave and rug behind because van was too full. They did offer to send someone to collect these the following day but the new people had moved in and there was no guarantee that stuff had not already been disposed of. Drivers told us they had been up since 5, packed the house in Gloucester, drove to Basingstoke and unpacked. They stated they were then going onto Harrow to pack another house before driving back to Birmingham to drop stuff off a

Really great service from Darren on the phone when booking, then the delivery guys did a great job in getting as much of our belongings into the van as possible. Everything unloaded from the van into the new house in around 45 minutes. Tips given to both guys and they deserved every penny. Definitely recommend.

From the first phone call we were treated extremely professionally. No pressure sale forcing money up front but talked carefully through the process. A fair price was agreed after inspection visit from Thomas. On the day 4 operatives arrived with 3 vans as planned and on time. Nothing was to much from them. They were super efficient with the operation both loading and unloading our belongings. The whole experience was relaxed and comforting. We will be recommending Albert Myers to everyone

Removal men were very polite and helpful. Organisation of my move on the day was horrendous! Booked 2 vans and 3 men, only one van arrived. Had to wait 3 hrs for another van to arrive. Disgusted with the lack of customer service, organisation and communication from the company. This company made a very stressful move across the country 10 times worse.
