Fantastic service provided to us. Joanne was so helpful and understanding from the Quote given, to provisional dates and finally our Removal day - the lads were absolutely fantastic - they worked so, so hard - could not believe how quickly they moved everything - I will recommend, 100% , to anyone who wants this service, to use this Company. Even though we had a 2 hour wait for keys, stressful to us, the lads took it all in their stride. Well done to you all and many thanks.

I can not recommend Move South West enough! This is the second time we have used this fabulous company, and on both occasions, they have been so professional and helpful. They worked cheerfully, carefully and efficiently and went above and beyond expectations, the same when they unpacked in the new house. Outstanding family business, friendly and very helpful. I had a small move (bed, two bookshelves, chest of drawers and a sofa), excellent communication, prompt replies, fast organisational skills and so so friendly. Cannot reccomend enough! Felt like I was moving with friends!

The team that moved us did the job efficiently. They used 4 trucks, which was one more then other companies intended to use and despite my reservation it was a good call. They clearly know what’s needed. The team consisted of 6 lads who were all friendly and worked hard throughout the day. I would be happy to used them again.

Great team of 6 but only 3 singing the other 3 not maybe they can sing christmas carols nearer the time, stay cheerful folks you had a really hard time with our mega fridge that needs terminating as it is too big and bad ! weak wardrove has expired not really move SW fault as it was on its last legs , stay happy !

Joanne and her team did an excellent job of managing a large and complicated move, over 2 days, which required 9 Luton van loads. The team coped well with many heavy lifts, and had to fill the double garage with the overflow items, this was inevitable, as we downsized without downsizing enough, the furniture and effects. No matter, we will be straight by the end of the year! Thanks again Joanne.

Residential move of a 3 bedroomed 2 storey house. Plenty of boxes were delivered when we ordered, and extra ones were promptly dropped off when we ran out! Joanne was well organised and communication was always clear & no nonsense. 7 chaps and 5 vans arrived on time and loaded up in record time, just over 2 hours! The team were polite, helpful & friendly, no foul language and nothing was too much trouble. We've moved many times, this was the smoothest and least fuss. Thank you

Four vans turned up on time and an army of movers swiftly made light work of moving what would have taken me weeks to do on my own. The movers were careful, asked where things should go if it wasn’t labelled and were courteous and professional. I don’t think I’ve got the energy to move again for a very long time but if you do need to move, I strongly recommend Move Southwest who really did take the stress away for me on moving day!

From the outset they couldn't have been more helpful. Joanne diverting from another job to fit in with our timings. The removal took place in adverse weather conditions carried out by very help/cheerful people. Plus it was extremely fairly priced.
